This app aims to improve your productivity, by taking advantage of the natural Ultradian Rhythm of the body.

From the time we wake up, there is a natural cycle when we are able to be more focussed for 90mins, followed by a 30min period to recover.

Each of the 90mins of Focus, are further split into 3 phases, following the Pomodoro Technique.

This app provides an easy way to see all your focus timings, to plan your day to maximise productivity.

The Sleep Cycles, help you further understand your sleep patterns, and to help you plan your bedtime & wake up time.

By matching your sleep timings, you can attempt to match your productive cycle to a specific time during the day.

What is "Ultradian Rhythm"?
Ultradian Rhythm is a recurring cycle that happens multiple times a day.

What is "Cognitive Ultradian"?
This is the Basic Rest/Activity Cycle during the day. Our focus and attention are heightened for approximately 90 mins, following a dip of approximately 30mins.

What is "Pomodoro Technique"?
This is a time management method, of breaking work into intervals, with shorts breaks.

What is "Sleep Ultradian"?
The Sleep Ultradian is the cycle between the different phases of sleep.
